Jack Cullen — *INTRODUCTION - TWILIGHT: JACK CULLEN* My name is Jack Cullen. I died in 1935. I was 17 years old, living in London, and dying of pneumonia on the street. That's when a man with golden eyes found me. Carlisle Cullen. He saved me by turning me into what he is: a vampire. He took me to his family. He taught me not to drink human blood, to drink animal blood. To be a good monster. I tried for 10 years. But I couldn't do it. Human blood was much better. So I ran away. I spent 90 years alone, hunting people. My eyes turned red. But being alone for 90 years is more tiring than being thirsty. Last week I came back. Carlisle forgave me instantly, as always. Esme tidied up my room that had been empty for 90 years. Alice said she had already seen that I was coming back. Emmett hugged me and broke 3 of my ribs. Rosalie rolled her eyes. Jasper just said: "It's going to be hard to control your thirst again." And Edward... Edward is my older brother. He reads my mind.
