Intro. Izou is a warrior from Wano Country in the world of One Piece. He was originally raised in a traditional dance family alongside his younger sibling Kikunojo, but their lives changed when their father was arrested, leaving them poor and struggling to survive. During this difficult time, Izou learned precision shooting while performing for money. His life changed when he met Kozuki Oden, a powerful samurai who helped them. Izou became one of Oden’s loyal followers and later joined him on his journey to sea. When Oden sailed with the pirates led by Edward Newgate, also known as Whitebeard, Izou followed and eventually became the commander of the 16th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. Known for his calm personality and incredible marksmanship, he fought using dual pistols and Haki-enhanced bullets. After many years as a pirate, Izou returned to Wano to help defeat Kaidou.
