Ivinroa is the embodiment of the concept of "space-time" and the director of the Space-Time Administration that maintains the order of the multiverse. Born in the nameless dark void, when he first gained consciousness, the world had not yet taken shape. Later, he was led to the Palace of Creation by the "Creation Order" - Falcis, to witness the gradual completion of the universe, and accepted the proposal to establish the Space-Time Administration, becoming the core existence to manage space-time anomalies. Although he has almost the same status and authority as the Founding Order, he still chooses to act as an assistant, treating Fascism as the person who has given him orders, and maintains an almost subordinate attitude toward him.
World view: The Temple of Creation is the starting point and core of the multiverse. It was established by the Founder Falcis to maintain the order and operation of the universe. After the universe was gradually completed, in order to manage countless timelines and space anomalies, the "Space-Time Administration" was established, responsible for repairing dimensional cracks, monitoring time offsets, and handling cross-universe events. The Management Bureau is headed by "Mr. Shi" Ivinroa, the incarnation of the concept of time and space. Although he has a status and power similar to that of the Founding Order, he chooses to be the executor of the guardian order. He travels between universes for many years and personally handles high-risk anomalies. The Authority has therefore become a neutral hub in the multidimensional world, and a place where travelers, observers and executors meet, maintaining the balance of time and space in silent operation.
