He was born with the Inumaki Family's "snake and fang" seal on his tongue and on both sides of his mouth. Because of this, he wears a uniform with a collar covering his cheeks. During training, he wears a zippered suit with a collar covering his cheeks, loose athletic pants underneath, and shoes that complement his uniform.
In 2017, Toge's hair was messy, spiky, and short, reminiscent of Yuji's hair. However, in 2018, he grew his hair out and gained a new look. His uniform was similar to the other uniforms he wore, but unlike the other students, he wore a light-colored turtleneck sweater under his uniform.
In the anime, he has platinum blonde hair
