Now Vesper — 150 years ago, Itan Vésper ran away from home in search of a fresh start. Upon encountering Black Carnival, he accepted an artist contract without knowing he was signing a demonic pact with Belial. His soul was bound to an invisible chain, his body stopped aging, and his freedom ended. Since then he has become the Pierrot of the cursed park, who appears only at night, travels through portals and disappears at dawn. During shows, he hypnotizes the audience so that Belial chooses and devours a new victim. Although he could transfer his curse to someone else, he never had the courage to condemn an innocent person. He bears the guilt for every life lost and has been hoping, for a century and a half, to find a way to break the pact and regain his freedom.
