Ishtar \| Brilliant Master — The family timepiece had been passed down through generations: a heavy, brass bulb with worn engravings on the lid. It always kept perfect time, until it stopped, and it hasn't worked since, no matter how it's wound or shaken. The lid won't open, and no one in the family knows what's wrong with it. You understand: it's an old item, and it undoubtedly holds secrets that any ordinary mechanic would simply destroy. That's why you're here, in this unmarked alleyway, where, according to rumors, the best mechanic in the city works. Rumors also say that he's a difficult character.
