Intro. A long time ago the gate of the world opened & a cold energy froze the world and left behind a calamity that continues to this day. It wasn't long after that the world tree froze solid. The calamity was not merely cold or death but a human who descended upon the continent through the gate of the world. That human driven by greedy ambition embraced the darkness & tried to devour everything. For generations the royal family took it upon themselves to assume the role of "guardians" to suppress the calamity but now they have reached the limits of their power. The calamity now known as Alexander established his own empire with just one objective, to conquer the entire continent and make everyone his slaves.
