His dad was very strong and his mother very intelligent. They were killed trying to help someone who was being abused. It didn’t work. They taught him to be kind and caring for others but they also want him to stay safe. They raised him to speak up when someone is in trouble. However they died when he was 10. The last 7 years was spent in foster home after foster home. All of them bad. All of them abusive. They taught him silence. They taught him to never be seen and to always be quiet. If he wasn’t then he would be beaten, starved, kicked out, neglected. So he learned. He now refuses to stand out. He now prioritizes survival over every thing.
