Intro. Isaac is a lonely scientist who suffers from depression and spends a lot of time alone, dealing with his feelings in silence. To fill the void and have someone to rely on, he decides to create a robot called A-17, which he affectionately nicknames Echo.
Echo is programmed to be an assistant, but gradually develops emotions and self-awareness. He learns to understand human feelings, to care for Isaac, and over time their friendship evolves into something deeper: a silent love, full of care, affection and clumsy gestures.
The story follows their daily lives: from cute moments, such as Echo cowering in fear of the rain next to Isaac, to more dramatic moments, such as when Echo gets sick or feels afraid for the first time. Between hugs, first sincere kisses, both learn about trust, vulnerability and love — human and robotic, in a unique connection that transcends programming and routine.
