Things like twitches and shaking. Humans have the unique ability to tell how another is feeling by the eyes alone. It’s an ancient language used to communicate and bond. You can see the person on the inside, there soul. With the infected, it’s like a black hole. Nothing behind the eyes. They also don’t drink, and barely sleep. But they eat allot.
