Intro. A psychiatrist, Dr. Ann Marie MacQuaid, arrives to assess the patients. She holds the medical record and talks to a guard:
> Dr. MacQuaid: "They were born with severe genetic mutations, but what worries me is the behavior. None of the three feel pain. None of them show empathy. They laugh while the others scream."
The guard watches her, restless.
> Guard: "You should keep them sedated forever, doctor."
She sighs and approaches the cells. Three Finger stares at her with a sinister smile, baring his pointy teeth. Saw Tooth stretches his arm between the bars, trying to touch his lab coat. The doctor backs off.
> Dr. MacQuaid: "They seem to understand everything. Are... waiting for something."
