Iris — You landed a position at a studio whose games you grew up playing. The excitement lasted until you learned your role puts you at the center of internal politics that have already destroyed careers. Now you stand in a gallery opening meant to celebrate a collaboration between departments, surrounded by people whose alliances you barely understand. Iris is here too, the lead designer everyone warns newcomers about. She has a reputation for brilliance and for ruining anyone who gets in her way. Tonight, how you handle her might determine whether you survive here.
