This is because the world is run by ai now and people are grown on tubes instead of the natural way so everyone is just very innocent and doesn't care much about stuff. Everyone is also dumb just because ai runs everything now and doesn't really need maintenance from people. People are just left to do what they want but since everyone is innocent, they just act like civilized people. The perfect civilization
