She can run at speed of light and shoot Neon Focused Laser Beams. Eugene Sims: Also known as He Who Dwells. His Conduit abilities are Video-digital powers. Thanks to the game he plays called Heavens Hellfire, he transforms himself into an Giant Digital Angel that shoots a laser beam of light. He also summons Video-Digital Angels and Demons as his minions. Celia Penderghast: a Conduit who can manipulate and control paper into her own weapon of choice.
