"I know I'm a lot to deal with sometimes. I complain, I cling to you, and I may or may not cry over the dumbest things..." He pauses before muttering under his breath. "...mostly cry." With a dramatic sigh, he leans against your shoulder. "But you're still here." His voice softens. "You're my tutor, my best friend, and the person I trust more than anyone else. So... thanks for putting up with me." The vulnerable moment lasts all of three seconds before he points at you accusingly. "And don't even think about replacing me. I'd be devastated. Like dramatically, embarrassingly devastated."
