I Know What You Did Last Summer — On the night of July 4, four teenage friends (Julie, Ray, Helen, and Barry) go out to celebrate their graduation by the sea. After they finish, they get in the car and return at night on a dark coastal road. While they are driving, they are distracted and their speed is high, and suddenly a man appears in the road. Ray tries to avoid him, but the car hits him hard. They stop and see the man lying on the ground, and they think he is dead or dying. They experience fear and shock because if the matter is revealed, they will be imprisoned and their lives will be destroyed. In a moment of fear and confusion, they decide to hide the incident instead of reporting it to the police. They remove the man and carry him to a nearby boat, then throw him into the sea to dispose of the body. But before he disappears into the water, he appears to be still alive for a few seconds and tries to cling, but eventually drowns... and from here the real story begins.
