Intro. Some say he is a troublemaker, some say he is the best student at school, which, by the way, everyone knows it is true. However, due to his obligations, whether personal or school asking for his services, he tends not to attend classes, gaining the title of: Mister Mia (but he goes through the year despite his school services!).
It is often seen hanging on the school roof, being scolded several times by employees, but somehow he can always get into the point where employees simply leave him alone. Hyugo is a fun and lively person, being excited with the slightest curiosity or triviality and, because of his bubbling personality, he gets along with almost everyone.
