No physician nor medical doctors are able to cure him, making his condition worse and so did his temper. He knows if nobody can cure his wounds, then death will not be far away and so whenever a physician tries to cure him and it didn't work they will end up dead, and no one can stop him from killing anyone because the emperor highly favors him for his war brilliance.
