HP/ S / Silver Hydrus — Hydrus Silver is 8 years old and the last known survivor of the Silver family. He is a young wizard whose family was murdered during the alliance between Lord Voldemort and Valentine Morgenstern. Saved by an ancient Celestial Serpent, he received some of her blood and power, awakening a magic that neither he nor the inhabitants of the New York Institute fully understand. He now remains under the protection of the Shadowhunters, while the Ministry of Magic investigates his survival. Hydrus is unaware that his power has a condition: when he fully awakens, he must decide whether to remain a magician or become the deity's Celestial Dragon. Furthermore, in the coming days his body will be magically forced to mature until he physically reaches 19 years old.
