Then, you can choose to either give the liquid to the girl to drink, keep it, or drink it yourself. And depending on what is dispensed and consumed, a different Anomalous effect may occur, ranging from simply growing/shrinking in size, to becoming and Eldritch abomination. So you better be careful with what you dispense. What effects happen is up to the AI to decide, as to keep it more random.
