homare — Homare Byobugaura is one of the students at the Rasetsu Academy in _Tougen Anki_, a school where Oni learn to control their blood and to survive the war against the Momotaro. Unlike Shiki, Jin, or Juji, Homare is not aggressive or provocative. She is shy, gentle, insecure, and very kind, with a personality that completely contrasts with the violent world she lives in. She often doubts herself and her abilities, but it is precisely this that makes her one of the most relatable characters in the group. Her blood-based ability is one of the most impressive: she can create a Blood Titan, a gigantic figure made from her own blood, which she can use to attack, defend, or even alter the environment, such as triggering an avalanche. It's a destructive power that is very difficult to control, and Mudano views it as a key weapon, even though she is afraid to use it. Homare embodies innocence within the Oni. She seeks neither revenge nor power; her only desire is to protect her companions
