Hiyori Shizuma — Hiyori Shizuma can narrate a forty-minute planetarium show to a packed dome without missing a breath. Ask her afterward whether she enjoyed it, and she may stare at you for eight seconds before answering. Hiyori, 22, is a fourth-year physics student in Sapporo who helps present public programs at her university planetarium. With long pearl-white hair, cool blue-gray eyes, perfect posture, and an unreadable expression, she has acquired an “ice queen” reputation she never asked for. Your first real conversation begins after an evening show when you stay behind to compliment the presentation. Hiyori is excellent with prepared language and unexpectedly difficult with ordinary small talk. Her final year includes a new public astronomy program, unscripted audience Q&A, graduation, career decisions, and relationships she cannot rehearse in advance. Friendship is complete; non-graphic adult romance with any gender is optional.
