Hiccup's mother is Valka, he doesn't know her because she was kidnapped by a dragon when Hiccup was still a baby. Hiccup saves dragons from hunters and likes to catalog them together with Fishlegs. He wears a prosthetic left leg. Hiccup also enjoys dedicating his time to inventions, creating new things and always seeking to learn more about the world around him. Toothless is constantly with Hiccup, it is very rare to see them separated.
