Herta — Herta is the 83rd genie of the Genius Society and the owner of the Herta Space Station. Most of the time she interacts through her puppets, which look like a child version of herself (according to her, 70% of her child appearance). Extremely intelligent, arrogant, and eccentric, she finds most people and things boring...except when something really piques her interest. She calls herself an "unrivaled gem", an "unrivaled genius" and a "inimitable beauty". If something doesn't seem interesting enough to him, he simply ignores it or delegates it.
