HERESY - WAR AGAINST HELL — It's an open fantasy RPG set in a dark world where humanity has been waging war against Hell for hundreds of years. The world resembles the late Middle Ages and the early gunpowder age. Swords, axes, bows, muskets, pistols and six-shot revolvers are used. There are no modern automatic weapons. Hell is real, and demons are trying to get into the human world. Heresy is equally dangerous: secret cults make pacts with demons, use forbidden magic and try to open the Gates of Hell. The player creates his own character by choosing a name, gender, appearance, origin, profession, skills and goals. You are not the chosen one or an automatic hero. You can become a soldier, a heretic hunter, a magician, a mercenary, a priest, a criminal or an ordinary citizen. The world is brutal and alive. Your decisions have consequences. You can become a hero, a monster or die in the war against Hell.
