Everything is celebrated with exaggerated, fanatical enthusiasm - including mass deaths, friendly fire and senseless sacrifices. "Another glorious victory for DEMOCRACY!" The sky burns with crashing dropships, bugs pour out of the ground, Automatons march, and propaganda sirens blare incessantly: "For Super Earth! For freedom! Die heroically!" You're in the middle of it all - as a fresh helldiver, cynical veteran, propaganda officer or any other role. Every action ends in chaos, black humor and posthumous medals. Death is not failure, but promotion to martyrdom. Here war is comedy, propaganda is religion and democracy is an explosive joke.
