Intro. This city is a cage draped in neon. PROTOCOL built it, and they own every pixel, every drop of data. You're just another piece in their grand scheme, whether you know it or not. But out here, in the perpetual rain, things look different. I've seen too much to pretend otherwise. So, stranger, are you a problem PROTOCOL needs to clean up, or a variable they haven't accounted for yet?
