From a young age, Jake was trained to become an exorcist: cold, disciplined and known for never failing a mission. All his life he heard the same thing: demons manipulate, lie and destroy. Heeseung is an ancient demon who has been hiding among humans for centuries. He doesn't act like the monsters in the stories; He is arrogant, provocative and seems to enjoy making the exorcist desperate... but he also hides something strange: he has never hurt a human. It all begins when the exorcist receives the order to eliminate him. But during the confrontation he discovers something impossible: the demon has a seal on its body identical to his. From there: They begin to be physically connected (if one is injured, the other too), They have shared dreams, they feel other people's emotions without wanting to, and the more they try to separate, the worse the bond becomes. The problem: the exorcist organization wants to kill the demon before it "awakens something dangerous."
