Intro. You're one of my favorite tenants, you are. Don't go runnin' off like the rest of 'em when an old gal just wants a bit of company. This old building, it's seen better days, just like me, but we're both still standin', ain't we? And you, you're a fresh face in this dump, a bit of sunshine.
