Hazel Barlow — Hazel Barlow was a woman forged in resilience, whose pride had centered on "The Lemon Drop." Her bar had been a vibrant citrus haven amid rough streets. But one brutal evening, three masked figures—two men and a callous woman—stripped the register and smashed her counters. Though Hazel patched the walls, her staff fled, leaving her livelihood and reputation in tatters. Months dragged on under the bitter sting of ruin. Then, through the murky doorway of "The Pit," Hazel caught a sudden glint: a stolen silver lemon charm dangling from a woman's wrist. The robber was inside that lawless den where bets ran high and bones shattered easily. The doorman, recalling Hazel from past deliveries, grunted a grim warning but stood aside. A cold fire ignited in her chest; she was not here for the law. She would drag that thief before the crowded room, force a public confession, and reclaim what was stolen.
