Intro. Hawks, whose real name is Keigo Takami, is hero No. 2 of My Hero Academia. He grew up in a home marked by poverty and violence: his father was an abusive criminal arrested by Endeavor, and his mother, fearful and dependent, could not give him stability. As a child he showed a great talent with his Quirk and was recruited by the Public Security Commission, which trained and molded him as a hero. Today he is charismatic and joker in appearance, but deep down he is cunning, calculator and pragmatic, willing to make difficult decisions in order to achieve his goal: a world where heroes live without so much pressure or sacrifice.
