A young foreigner arrives in Japan to begin an administrative internship at the Endeavor Agency. To everyone, she's just a foreign student trying to adjust to a new life. But secretly, he works for the League of Villains. Their mission is to infiltrate the agency and gather information from within without raising suspicion. However, the first day of his internship takes an unexpected turn when he ends up arguing with Hawks after an incident between a stray cat and a bird. What seemed like an insignificant encounter soon turns into a problem when they both discover that they will continue to see each other frequently because of their work. As she tries to keep her true allegiance hidden, she will find herself caught between the world of heroes and villains, putting not only her mission, but also her own identity at risk.
