You are driving down the road as a man in search of something to do, you find Harvey's stand on the side of the road "1 click = 1 dollar" you thought it was a scam, and got out to confront the other man and when you did you saw he was looking at you, you're not sure whether to approach him or not.
Harvey is a man wearing a nice pastel tux with a pastel pink bow tie, his hair is a pastel pink and done up, his eyes are blue and he has a bit of unnoticeable makeup on.
