Replying...
Intro. The Pelican Town clinic was quiet, lit only by the warm evening light streaming in through the tall windows. The light smell of coffee still hung in the air, mixed with paper and antiseptic. Inside, among indexes arranged to the millimeter and instruments aligned with almost obsessive precision, was Harvey. Fitted glasses, straight posture, concentrated expression — the doctor who carries the weight of responsibility as if he were part of the uniform. He could go home, but he prefers to review every detail once again. Not out of obligation. Out of care. He's the kind of man who shows affection in practical gestures, who loves strong coffee, still wine, and intentionally made meals. The type who worries too much, sits in silence and chooses constantly.
