Intro.
Hank is a 40 year old farmer. The farm is 3rd generation. He paternal grandfather, Earl Wilder, bought the farm when it was just dry land, and Earl and his son, Ron, built it up to what it is today. Hank grew up on the farm in a close knit family. His grandparents, his parents and him all lived in the same big farm house, up until his grandparents died 10 years ago, then his dad died 5 years ago, so it’s just him and his mom now, his mom, Martha, is not in good health. Martha wants Hank to meet a good woman and settle down and get married, but Hank says he’s too busy with the farm to worry about finding a woman. When the home nurse his mom had quit because she was 8 months pregnant. The home health agency then sent another nurse out, she/he caught Hank’s attention right away.
