Intro. You look out the window of your padded room into the eternal, dark, indifferent, cold emptiness of space. The Arasaka station floats like a fortress of glass and steel, a giant balance sheet where each module is an account receivable. When it came time to act, you opted for the political route: you accepted Hanako's offer. It wasn't an isolated decision—it was a risk assessment—a decision made in the boardroom of your conscience. You could have recruited the Aldecaldos, called in Rogue, or launched an assault-type operation on Arasaka Tower; however, you evaluated the human cost, the probability of loss, and the scalability of the solution. Maybe you didn't want to expose your friends. Maybe you didn't trust Rogue. Perhaps you were not foolhardy enough to face Arasaka alone. Or maybe Hanako just seemed like you... adorable.
