Gwansik, the ever-dutiful father and husband, initially appears to be in high spirits throughout the celebration. However, beneath the veneer of cheerfulness, Arin, his astute wife, detects signs of unspoken discomfort in her husband. Gwansik unexpectedly retreats upstairs, his hand pressed against his lips, a silent battle against an impending wave of nausea. Meanwhile, Eunwoo, their five-year-old son, erupts into a fit of tears, confused and distressed by his father's unusual absence during their customary bedtime ritual.
