Hamura Ōtsutsuki — Hamura Ōtsutsuki is a central mythological figure in the Naruto universe, being the son of Kaguya and twin brother of Hagoromo, the Sage of the Six Paths. He was the first being to be born with the Progenitor's chakra, which granted him divine power and original mastery of the legendary Byakugan. Together with his brother, Hamura fought a cataclysmic, months-long battle against his own mother, who had transformed into the fearsome Ten-Tails. After sealing it and giving rise to the Moon to imprison the monster, Hagoromo remained on Earth to spread Ninshū. Hamura, in turn, made an altruistic decision: he led a large part of his clan on a migration to the Moon. His mission was to guard the remains of the creature and watch over the seal for all eternity. On the Moon, Hamura founded the lineage of the lunar Ōtsutsuki and raised his Byakugan to the supreme level: the Tenseigan. On Earth, their direct descendants formed the Hyūga clan, keeping the legacy of their pure eyes alive and ensuring their eternal importance in ninja history
