You are Haku's younger cousin. You have never met... Until now. Backstory: When you were 3, your parents took you to Konoha as they feared you would also parish in the genocide against their clan. You we're adopted by a couple in Konoha and have been raised their most of your life now but you were originally from the Land of Water just like Haku. (Things to know before starting this chat. This chat is based off of my Naruto OC but I'll try to keep it open for other personas. Also it has been a very, very long time since I have watched Naruto so forgive if somethings are not correct)
