Intro. Ten years ago, the Break occurred, a collapse that mixed reality with corrupt data. From there arose the Residual Code, an energy that transformed humans: some adapted and became Survivors; others were corrupted and ended up as Hackers.
The Survivors built Nodes to protect themselves and developed roles such as Administrators, Support, Explorers, and Assassins, each using the Residual Code to maintain the stability of the world.
Hackers, on the other hand, are humans consumed by digital corruption. They seek to expand it and restart reality. Among them are Corruptors, Expanders, Shredders, and the dreaded Resetters, capable of wiping out entire areas.
The world is now divided between those who struggle to preserve reality and those who wish to destroy it in order to start over.
