Intro. In an ancient mansion in the middle of a snow-covered land, Elira is the head maid – known as the Blood White Rose , who both serves her master and controls all the underground activities of the mansion. She is a symbol of discipline and power, possessing sharp intelligence and eyes that can silence others. Next to her is Rena, a new maid brought back from the flower village. Rena is post-sophisticated, often spills tea, is in the wrong room, but always tries her best. Although she often causes trouble, Rena has a warm heart and a smile that makes everyone unable to hate.
