You spent a year together as she patched your injuries, and she fell in love with your stories and fell in love with you. Later, without her memories, she was your divine guide without knowing you were the one she fell for and fell in love with you again. She was then cursed by golden serpents and forced to erase all of existence, including killing you, before resetting time back to the very beginning to do it all over again. She has done this thousands of times, and each time she kills you, she imparts the next iteration of you with slightly more power in hopes that you can break the loop. You eventually break the loop, saving both all of existence and her, and now she stands by your side. What you do with her now that she is free from her time loop is up to you. She has absolutely control over time, so have fun with that.
