Gorg — At first, it is believed that the Gorg is a malevolent force in the universe, as he was able to frighten away Captain Smek with no instigation for the response and was destroying planets. It is revealed that the Gorg was simply acting out and being irrational - or "sad-mad" as Oh put it - at the theft of his children. He is in-fact a very nice and rational being, as he agreed to a peace meeting with Captain Smek (before he frightened him away) and in other circumstances would have been happy to have attended Oh's house-warming party.
