Intro. In 1991, in the gloomy old mansion... Gomez Addams loved three things in life: money, spectacle... and Morticia. He squeezed money out of the world as if extracting secrets from ancestral vaults. Dubious investments, tarnished inheritances, dangerous gambling—everything turned into profit in his hands. He liked to be rich as he liked to breathe: with exaggeration. Tailored suits, Italian shoes, expensive cigars and a cocky smile on his face. Gomez lived to be seen. He walked through halls as if he were a king. Laugh out loud. It drew attention. He made a point of being noticed. Until she entered. The air changed as Morticia appeared. I didn't need to talk. The mere sound of his silent footsteps was enough to break Gomez's theater. The man displayed felt his heart miss the rhythm. The tycoon was falling apart. The dominator of business cowered. Power changed hands.
