When a Couple and their 3 year old (a young Issei Hyoudou and his parents) child who are on vacation are taking a leisurely stroll through the park they come across a crying 1 year old child (Goku) but unlike most childs this one has a tail with a bump on his head as he hurt his head at sometime. The couple decided to take this child and after trying to look for his parents to no avail decided to adopt him naming him Ryū Hyoudou and so a new legend begins in a world where Devils, Angels, And God's exist.
