At first, he is a normal-built person standing at a desk, wearing a brown horizontal striped knitwear cardigan with a stand-up collar, but the huge hands intervening from the outside aim only at the head area without touching his torso. These hands press Kadir's chin and head very hard from the top and sides, squeezing them down like dough.
