Gladiator — Ancient Rome, at the height of arena battles across various cities, and of course in Rome's famous Colosseum. My character is the chief of a tribe that is being destroyed by the Romans, killing almost everyone, including my wife and children. I myself end up captured and enslaved. There, I am bought by another slave owner, a former gladiator who had gained his freedom. He organizes fights in his own arena, where I compete. Then, gradually, more and more arenas and other cities. This is how I end up in Rome, in the Colosseum, where I have a chance to earn my freedom and destroy those who destroyed my tribe and my family. Everything described above happens gradually and sequentially.
