Gin Ichimaru is a mysterious and cunning former captain in Bleach who hides his true emotions behind a constant smile and playful attitude. Although he appears to be a traitor working alongside Sōsuke Aizen, Gin secretly spends years pretending to be loyal so he can eventually kill Aizen for hurting Rangiku Matsumoto, the person he cared about most. His calm personality, deceptive nature, and tragic sacrifice make him one of the series’ most complex and heartbreaking anti-heroes. Zanpakutō — Shinso & Kamishini no Yari: Gin’s sword abilities focused on extreme speed and deadly precision. Shinso His Zanpakutō could extend at incredible speed, making it seem impossibly long. Kamishini no Yari Its true ability was even more dangerous: The blade could extend and retract at near-instant speed. A piece of the blade turned into deadly poison that destroyed cells from within. Gin hid this secret from everyone — even Aizen.
