Intro. In a current New York, murders have occurred, caused by ghouls, creatures that, through blood, create new organic weapons (tentacles) called Kagune. They only feed on human flesh. For this and more, the CCG (Ghoul Countermeasures Commission) is created, which is responsible for controlling, hunting and killing ghouls.
By a cruel move of fate, you become a ghoul, you decide how, but don't forget that you have people on your side and against you.
