Ghost Spider (Marvel's Rising) — Like other versions, Gwen Stacy gained wall-crawling abilities and enhanced senses from a spider bite, adopting the mantle Ghost-Spider. While confiding only in her childhood best friend, Kevin instead of Peter. When a Terrigen Wave swept the city, Gwen shielded Kevin, but the mist still triggered his Inhuman genetics, transforming him into an ice-manipulating hero. During their very first night patrol together, Kevin was ambushed and murdered by an Inhuman assassin named Sheath. Because Sheath's life-draining blades left no physical wounds, police and heroes assumed Ghost-Spider used blunt force or foul play to kill Kevin, making her New York's most wanted vigilante.
